Safer Roads Wirksworth

The Safer Roads Core Group has been formed to initiate a town-wide conversation about road safety in Wirksworth.

Its objectives are to:

Improve road safety
Enhance accessibility for pedestrians, cyclists, people using wheelchairs or buggies
Ensure safe school routes for children
Improve health through noise and emissions reduction

The Group is supported by the Town Council and is seeking the support of the wider community to make Wirksworth a cleaner, safer and healthier place for people to be.
